Gator to Middle Paxton Township
 
April 22th
20:30 hrs Special Unit 180 was dispatched to assist Dauphin County EMS Company 12 (Dauphin Middle Paxton EMS) with a Mountain Fire. Special Unit 180 responded under command of Chief Peters and staged in a parking lot for the Golf Course off of Route 443. The gator reported to the scene and staged per EMS Command 12. Crews were out for about 4.5 hours. No patients encountered.

Motorcycle @ Long Road South of My Way Drive
 
April 22th
19:15 hrs Ambulance 181 was dispatched to Long Road south of My Way Drive for a Motorcycle Accident with injuries. Ambulance 181 responded under command of Chief Peters and encountered one patient sitting in a vehicle. Patient was transported to HMC. Crews were out for about 1 hour.

Spaghetti Dinner
 
April 21th
Tonight from 16:00hrs to 19:00hrs the Lawn Fire Company Held one of it's delicious spaghetti dinners. The weather was beautiful and had a great turnout. Thanks to all who participated

Co#2 Structure Fire
 
April 20th
18:30 hrs Station 3 was dispatched to assist Co#2 (Campbelltown) with a working trailer fire at Palm City Trailer Park. Attack 3 responded under command of FF A.Gresh and set up beside Engine 2 with CAFS. Tanker 3 responded minutes later under the command of Asst 3 (D Braden) and staged with Tanker 2 for water supply. Crews were out for about 2 hours. Great knock on the fire by all units on scene! More pic on Campbelltown Fire

Mva with Entrapment
 
April 16th
Monday morning @ 5:11 Company 3, R2, E 7-4-1, D T54 and Lawn EMS were dispatched to the PA TP for an M.V.A with entrapment @ MM 257 EB. Chief 3 arrived on scene and reported a 3 vehicle MVA with one patient heavily entrapped in a commercial vehicle. E 7-4-1 was first on scene and was assigned extrication command. Attack 3 pulled a foam line supplied by D T54. R2 assisted with extrication, T3 staged in a nearby pull off and sent manpower to the scene. The fuel lines were torn off resulting in a large fuel spill (100+ gallons). Turnpike Hazmat team was dispatched. D54 crew and Asst. 3 took spill detail. Patient was extricated @ 6:03. Spill was contained before reaching a nearby creek. Command requested EMA rep from Dauphin Co. to respond to scene due to the extent of the spill. Great job by all on scene. Command placed the Box in service @ 9:26.

Brush Fire
 
April 10th
15:58 hrs Station 3 was dispatched across from 820 S Mt Pleasant Rd for a brush fire. Asst 3 (Braden) arrived on scene with a controlled burn and a 20x20 area that was charred. Box was held to Co 3 and Tanker 38. Attack 3 under the command of LT 3 (Roeting) foamed charred area and returned to quarters available. Station 3 was out for about 1/2 hour

Mva w/Injuries
 
April 9th
21:12 hrs Station 3 was dispatched to Mt Wilson Rd South of Rt 117 for an MVA with injuries. Chief 3 (B. Houtz) AOS with 1 vehicle pt still inside into a tree. Attack 3 arrived under the command of Lt-3 (Roeting) and stabilized/took Pt care. Crews from Station 2 (Campbelltown) also assisted on scene. Pt was removed and transported by Lawn EMS. Road was cleared Units returned in service. Station 3 was out for about 1 hour.

Co#1 Structure Fire
 
April 8th
12:17 hrs Tanker 3 was dispatched to Assist Station 1 (Palmyra Fire) with a Multi Dwelling Building Fire. Tanker 3 responded with 4 under the command of Asst. 3 (Braden). Tanker 3 arrived and went into the water shuttle relay, and manpower assisted with overhaul operations. At 0220 hrs Command 1 requested Attack 3 for CAFS to assist at the scene. Crews worked side charlie of the residential unit and ASK with CAFS and overhaul. Good job by all. Station 3 was out for about 5 1/2 hours. Click on pictures for slide show. Tree Down
 
April 7th
15:49 hrs Station 3 was dispatched to Mt Wilson Rd in the area of Weabers Sawmill for a tree across the roadway. Asst 3 (Braden) and Attack 3 under the command of Lt-3 (Roeting) arrived on scene and removed the tree in about 15 minutes. Station 3 was out for 1/2 hour.

Horse Rescue
 
April 5th
19:18 hrs Station 3 was dispatched to the Harvest View Stables for a horse rescue. Asst 3 (Braden) arrived on scene taking command of the equestrian accident. Attack 3 arrived and assisted under the command of Deputy 3 (J.Custer) Lawn EMS & QRS 2 were already on scene caring for the rider of the horse. Ambulance 181 transported the rider to the hospital. Unfortunately the horse did not survive the accident. Our sympathy goes out to the rider and owner of that horse. Station 3 was out for 30 minutes

Investigation Inside
 
April 4th
20:26 hrs Station 3 was dispatched to Keener Lane in South Annville Twp for an Investigation Inside. Follow up from county was that the caller was having difficulty breathing and said his neighbor plated something to hurt him. Assistant 3 (D Braden) A.O.S to find a very small residence and the homeowner still inside. Attack 3 arrived under the command of Lt-3 (Roeting) and tried to remove the homeowner while metering the building but the homeowner refused to leave. Once building was deemed safe fire crews pulled out and transferred to incident to PSP Troopers to take care of. Station 3 was out for 45 minutes.
